Consisting of 27 mm-strong tubular steel and made to fit the KTM 1290 Super Adventure, the crash bars have a black weather- and corrosion-resistant powder coating. The surface finishing is carried out in a state-of-the-art facility in the SW-MOTECH factory in the Czech city of Brünn.
