Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the shipping box and include your printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
